

Biography
Claire has more than 18 years’ experience of design, facilitation, coaching and consultancy in the private and public sectors. She is passionate about helping people fulfil their potential. Her training and facilitation style is engaging, inclusive and relaxed. Her coaching style is challenging yet supportive; she develops rapport, builds connection and forms trust very quickly and skilfully uses powerful questions to help her clients at all levels.
Claire founded Claire Thomas Consulting Ltd in 2016 after many years’ experience gained designing and delivering bespoke learning solutions as a Learning and Development Consultant and Talent Specialist for Capita and PA Consulting Group – a global consulting firm.
Her UK public sector clients include the Ministry of Justice and the Serious Fraud Office.
Her recent private sector clients include Sky, HSBC, The London Clinic and Smarter Networking.
Claire is accredited to use Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI), Belbin and WAVE and Lumina Spark. She has a Practitioners Diploma in Executive Coaching (an ICF accredited programme), a Certificate in Management and is BPS Level A and B qualified.
Claire lives in Wimbledon, London and plays competitive netball in the gaps between developing her business and caring for her two girls.
