Building High-Performing Teams
Coaching is a methodology used to help you develop your skills, abilities and performance. It can be used to help solve a problem or identify issues that might be getting in the way of you being at your best. Coaching can help you to gain perspective and focus, develop self-awareness, create goals and help you to choose direction and purpose. By talking things through with a qualified coach, you can work out a solution much quicker than allowing everything to swirl around in your head by yourself.
“Coaches don't push or pull people towards goals but support them in their exploration and utilisation of options, resources and motivation”
As an AoEC Accredited Associate Executive Coach I will help you to create clarity that may not have been there before.

Coaching
I can:
-
Help you to unclutter your mind and look at options and alternatives
-
Encourage you to source solutions and interventions
-
Challenge you to improve and work differently
-
Help you generate self-awareness
-
Challenge your assumptions and self-limiting beliefs
-
Support you with your decisions
-
Be non-judgmental, non-guiding, non-invasive
-
Help you to develop your own answers
Coaches are not counsellors, psychotherapists, mentors, experts, teachers or advisors.
You don’t need to be an executive to benefit from coaching.

Facilitating
Away-Days and Team-building Events
I can help bring teams together to develop better understand how they work and to facilitate open and honest conversations. Real ones. I organise off-sites to help your team get to know each other, work better with each other or to work on a problem and define priorities away from the office.
I use psychometrics to help teams understand one another better. I use trusted team theories to move teams through the stages of team development.
Team-building events are built according to what you want to get out of them.
Areas I can cover include:
-
Examining your strengths and weaknesses
-
How to ensure we work differently
-
Celebrating our successes
-
Getting to know each other better
-
Developing trust
-
Having robust conversations and giving feedback
-
De-stressing and winding down.
Conference and Meeting Facilitation
I will help you to design and run your conference so you can fully participate and leave the worrying to us. Your participants will be engaged and energised throughout the day. At your meetings I’ll enable you to become part of the group and participate in activities. I’ll liaise with the venue; I’ll lead, question, challenge, capture and make sure everyone knows what happens next.
I can get involved from the planning stages of your conference or meeting. We can give you suggestions for energisers and activities to ensure your delegates fully participate. If you need to capture input and ideas from your delegates, I can help you with that. I can also manage proceedings, speakers and timings to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
